These terms and conditions of sale are concluded between the company LA VRAC ATTITUDE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €20,000, registered office at 10 Avenue de Verdun, 38240 MEYLAN, France, registered with the Grenoble Trade and Companies Register under number 901 980 003 (VAT: FR85901980003), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", operating the brand and website https://turtleshell.eu, and any individual making a purchase through the website, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".
These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between LA VRAC ATTITUDE and the Buyer. Purchasing a product on this website implies the Buyer's unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. The Buyer declares having full legal capacity to enter into a contract.
The product offered is the Turtle Shell garage lock, presented on the site with its essential characteristics. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the Seller. The product is sold subject to availability.
Prices are stated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (incl. VAT at 20%) at the time of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price shown on the site on the day of the order is the only applicable price.
Secure payment: Payment is made by credit/debit card via the secure Stripe interface. Payment is due immediately.
Late payments: As Stripe guarantees immediate payment, no delay is possible. In the event of a bank rejection, the sale is automatically cancelled.
The Buyer confirms their order by completing their details and making payment. This step constitutes the definitive conclusion of the contract. A confirmation email is systematically sent to the address provided by the Buyer.
Accuracy of information provided: The Buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided when placing the order (name, first name, email, postal addresses and phone number). The Seller cannot be held liable for any inability to deliver the order or send the confirmation in the event of an error, inaccuracy or omission in the details entered by the Buyer. In such a case, any redelivery costs shall be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
Delivery is made to the Mondial Relay pickup point chosen by the Buyer at the time of ordering. The transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the products occurs when the Buyer physically takes possession of the products. Delivery times shall not exceed thirty (30) days from order confirmation.
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The Seller extends this right to 30 calendar days.
The withdrawal notification must be made by email, stating the order number and the products concerned.
Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller via Mondial Relay. A prepaid return label will be sent to the Buyer by email after the request has been validated. If the Buyer chooses not to use Mondial Relay, return costs are the Buyer's sole responsibility.
The refund will be made within 14 days of recovery of the products in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
All products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity (art. L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect, the product may be returned for exchange or refund.
The Seller collects only the data strictly necessary for processing, delivering and invoicing the order. In accordance with the GDPR, the Seller undertakes not to use this data for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is shared only with the technical service providers required for the performance of the contract (Stripe for secure payment and the carrier selected by the Buyer for delivery). Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, of the content of this site on any medium or by any means whatsoever is prohibited without prior express authorisation.

Delivered products remain the property of LA VRAC ATTITUDE until full and effective payment of the principal price and all charges by the Buyer.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Buyer is invited to contact customer service at or at the registered office address. If no solution is found, the customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator in accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
